Update external pose messages #157

Change the remote GPS message to external vision and do calculations onboard the UAV. This makes it more flexible for different INS systems.

I don't really mind changing these names, however I'm not fully convinced the term VISION. It is more like EXTERNAL_POSE, since their is no information about the source or the way to get them.

Changed the message names to EXTERNAL_POSE

I'm merging this, but don't forget to update all tools and modules using these messages
