6ch RC #191

I moved to this new pull request all the changes related to the RC 6CH PR (https://github.com/paparazzi/paparazzi/pull/3332#issue-2405727293) so that the other PR (https://github.com/paparazzi/pprzlink/pull/189#issue-2402635575) can be merged sooner.

@fvantienen @gautierhattenberger I have removed the 3 4 5 ch mesages from the datalink section. I see that there is another 3ch message here (https://github.com/paparazzi/pprzlink/blob/b776b5c886fc9e1174d71db04fed255ea74dc6ef/message_definitions/v1.0/messages.xml#L432) can this be removed too?
