fix default install prefix for extra C headers #56

as @kirkscheper mentioned in https://github.com/paparazzi/pprzlink/commit/42e0492bf177605602d943642b64f686993b6e02#commitcomment-23790287, the default install path is wrong for the extra C headers. Even if this PR should solve the problem, it seems that the use of PREFIX and DESTDIR is a bit confused. Does anyone have an idea how it should be and where to use which one ?

I'm merging this for now, but we should fix this PREFIX/DESTDIR somehow
