Add stereocam messages #57

This adds some initial messages for communicating with the stereocamera. This is added to the intermcu messages for now as there are only 4 messages. In the future, as we add more messages we will likely move these to their own message class.

Can you add a general description for each message and as much as possible the field descriptions ?
