Update addin to use latest Cake.Common (1.1.0) Fixes #13

Can you update the build.ps1 file, please? It seems to use a cake parameter syntax that the newer version no longer recognizes: -target=Pack.

I've updated build.ps1 and .sh to use the new dotnet tools bootstrapper
