Issue: issue 35 - Add linter/formatter

This PR:

provides black formatter (along with reformatting some part of code)
fixes failing tests with title/author parsing
gives better gitignore appropriate for Python projects
updates some packages

@paperboi just out of curiosity - what happened with my commits to your repo? I wanted to check something and wasn't able to find anything on commits list here. Did you overwrite master with --force or something? I just want to understand what happens here. Thanks.
