Add horizontal scroll buttons to coin buttons #110

Horizontal scroll of coin buttons on desktop is unintuitive as reported by a user with a mouse without a horizontal scroll wheel. Let's make this easier to use

I think this can be closed @spennyp since https://github.com/papercliplabs/compound-info/pull/116 got merged
