Webex Teams integration #105

I would like to see (and contribute to) an integration with Webex Teams. Similar to Slack, i think this could be a great connectivity option for many organizations.

great idea @zpeters! we're still scrambling to get all the basic stuff working, but will definitely want to set up this integration soon :)
