Suggestion: add topic(s) to repo #19

It would be really useful to add some topics to the GitHub repositories for paperd.ink - also, to use a consistent tag (for example paperd or paperd-ink, GitHub topics cannot include periods) and then to encourage other developers to use those topics on their own code projects. This will aid in discovery.
