For tasks that have been submitted but not completed (i.e., documents), we are displaying the delete icon as an option in the task table, but when I select the icon, I receive the attached error code.
Optional fixes:
Allow submitted tasks to be deleted if they have not been completed.
Improve the messaging to tell user that they must re-open the task before deleting.
Don't display the delete icon so that the user must enter into the task view in order to delete.
