We want to remove the data in the fields "New Purchaser LOgPT" "New Purchaser Signatory LOgPT"

We want to change the date format to Jan 26, 2022 or just remove the date.

We updated the data in the fields, but don't think we've updated/removed the date format yet for the rooms label.

For now let's update the date format, but we need to discuss a better way to make the Room Label unique than to just add the date, especially since we have a date_created column for the Rooms View.

Certain rooms are connected to a group or an individual, and that helps to make it unique, but then we have to figure out what to do with Rooms that don't have a unique 'group'.
