Workflow Task Generation Failing when doing more than 7 or 8 Individuals - Production #156

I've tested it on Onboard Employees or Issue Equity workflow https://app.savvi.legal/c/8/workbench/4/10214/22065/task-view

I've entered in 10 new Employees and selected to "generate" "all of the above" documents.

Click Generate Tasks

It is variable how many tasks actually get generated before it fails. Sometimes it it 3 sometimes it is 9. But it is failing before generating all 10 Tasks.

@danielandelin tested this with the most recent push and looks like the bug is still occurring on production but not staging.

Tested this a few times on production and staging and it looks to be working, so will close for now.
