Deal Room Emails #251

Submitting the task only sends one deal room email to the investor. We need an email to go to the company signatory also. When user clicks email link to view room it isn't the magic link and they aren't logged in.

If user selects send email signature links manually when user is ready to send the email we need to send the deal room magic link not the pandadoc link.
