Describe the solution you'd like A part of the Sandbox Compliance requires that we have this badge posted on the website along with a disclaimer. I'm trying to get from DR what the disclaimer needs to include, so that's pending. Also trying to figure out where on the website it should be posted (my guess is somewhere at the bottom).

We’ve been approved by the Utah Legal Sandbox which is why we’re now allowed to offer more legal services through DR, but to be compliant we need to have the badge and a disclaimer on our website.

Regulatory Sandbox — The Regulatory Sandbox Program created by Utah Code Ann. § 13-55-103, which allows a person to temporarily test an innovative product or service on a limited basis without otherwise being licensed or authorized to act under the laws of the state.

What are we doing that requires regulation? And what of the regulations are we not licensed / authorized for, or otherwise not adhering to?

... include mobile peer-to-peer payment processing applications, consumer lending solutions, mobile budgeting applications and other cloud based financial budgeting services.

I don't think we're doing that.

I think that's referring to cryptocurrencies.
