Main purpose for this idea is to bring the sharing to one section so that users don't just see the general access link and assume that's the only way to share the room, which limits tracking into individual room access and at worst causes confusion if the recipient is a signatory and they can't access the signature links.
Settings & Sharing View:
Rename the top section "Room Gating & Security".
Label second section: "Room Sharing & Access",
Label the button on the second section "Recipients & Personal Links"
Bring the General Access link to that section beneath the "Recipients & Links".
Bring "invited users" and their links up to the top-layer, which shouldn't cause issues today since most rooms only have a few direct recipients.
