chapter req: Nairobi, Kenya #87

Have a chapter repository created within the Papers We Love organization: Open an issue on this repo requesting a chapter repo and telling us about yourself, who is helping you out, where we can find you online (twitter, etc) and where you're planning on starting the chapter. One of the Papers We Love administrators will get in touch with you and once everything is squared away will create the repo for your planned chapter. You will be added to a chapter-organizers team and given read / write access to the repo.

Requesting to start an official PWL chapter for Nairobi, focusing on tech and Computer Science papers. We already have a papers review club at our company (ADC Nairobi) with a membership of 20+ and would like to open it up as a PWL chapter.

We have not yet created online presence but once we are registered as chapter here, we will create a Meetup page for communication. Our mailing-list is pwl@nairobi.fyi.

@hakutsuru -- is there anything we need to do for the Nairobi chapter to be added on the list of chapters on the homepage of PWL?
