Add more info in target summary #20

When showing the targets of a muscle group would be good to show also:

max reps: Maxim amount of reps for the inner exercises
min reps: Minimun amount of reps for the inner exercises
total reps: Total amount of reps inside
total/reps ratio: Relation between the total reps and the number of exercises
