lightbeams plugin used in twtemplate.html could be used to monitor if IPNS key is OK or NOT on the "5001 API server"

could modify "Publish This Wiki to IPNS" color in MENU in case NOT, open LOGIN page found on UPlanet.

We could use https://github.com/jedisct1/libsodium.js same way "keygen" is acting
