Should we rename `routeLegs[].toLocation` into `routeLegs[].shipToLocation` and `routeLegs[].fromLocation` into `routeLegs[].shipFromLocation`? #114

The last routeLeg[].toLocation - that might be renamed to routeLeg[].shipToLocation - MUST correspond to the confirmedShipToLocation - that might be renamed to shipToLocation. That means that if we both rename toLocation and confirmedShipToLocation we will have a consistent naming being shipToLocation.
