general: mass ignore mypy issues from latest click release #28

Latest click release 8.1.4 changed a lot of the typing annotations. They do not seem to be complete yet, so this just ignores all issues for the moment.

Hm, not sure why the Windows-Python3.9 doesn't pick up the new click. Maybe a caching issues somewhere? Will leave this a couple of days to see if anything changes..

EDIT: That didn't seem to help, so just disabling unused mypy ignores for now.
