Something has gone wrong with the numbers you ended up with for your contingency tables. It looks like you ended up with the correct significant/insignificant levels but otherwise they are off.

For reference: the first table should be: 30, 146 75, 413

and the second should be: 5, 73 30, 146

Thank you for your feedback. I think I might have the different number in the CSV files, but I will download the files again and rerun it.
