The function to flip odds ratio in response to an allele flip is OR^-1 Use the replace framework

Should we just convert OR to beta and then flip?

If we convert to beta we still need to use an exponential function to get back. But if my math knowledge is not total chaos x^-1 is the same 1/x , so we can just use that instead 🦖 So we don't need this implementation for the OR flip after all. Or at least not with priority.
