[Minor] If any subecstion is with no result, hide it #49

This is already there in scilab. Needs to be implemented in algorithms.

This is already there but you have to set parameters in application helpers accordingly..... these are actually to represent each subcatecory if their value is nul that particular section will not be shown... pass a string to @arr only if it is present in result ... this has to be implemented throughout wiki's algorithm in app_helper and it is a part of api to make a new vm.... Set them accordingly and it will work, for now I have passed all of them in all cases since I don't know about each @arr<<"algo_description" @arr<<"math_analysis" @arr<<"algo_examples" @arr<<"algo_related" @arr<<"code"
