I have found 304 <placeName> elements for Herakleopolis with an @ref to Pleiades 736920 which is the capital of the Herakleopolites, and an @ref to TM Geo 799 (somewhere in lower Egypt).
There are 29 other for which the certainty is low.
I could correct automatically the reference to TM Geo 801 instead, and add the nome too, but it would mean that if there are documents really from the TM Geo 799 Herakleopolis, they would end up with a wrong ID.
