Pylon 5 Xwalk #449

Thanks to the power of XSLT, these commits Xwalk new material from Pylon 5 into PN. Only two notes need to be added:

  1. HGV keywords were not supplied originally and so are missing here
  2. Lougovaya's translation was formatted for Pylon in a table, and requires further adjustment before deposit in PN.
