Displaying the unclear tag in Demotic and Arabic texts #145

This is linked to aspects of encoding and entering described in the corresponding sosol issue: https://github.com/papyri/sosol/issues/338.

We propose to use the unicode points U+2E22 and U+2E23 to indicate unclearly read characters / signs in Arabic / Demotic.
