Is there currently a way to switch tabs at all?

@Collinthegeek I certainly wouldn't release the feature without a way to switch tabs :) Yes, there is a way - just click and drag the page as if were a touch screen.

Also, I would expect to tabs to scroll horizontally with mouse wheel/touchpad vertical scrolls.

And for the click indicators, are you thinking arrows on the sides to switch tabs? I would suggest what Chrome OS does, using lines instead of circles for the scrollbar to indicate they are clickable to switch tabs

Postponing to v0.2 as you can click on the tab bars to change tabs and the performance improvements can wait.
