missing cursor icon #208

the cursor doesnt show when running the standalone shell

It should show the default Wayland cursor (we haven't made one yet, see #133), as long as you have not set the theme to a cursor that doesn't exist.

I have a super ugly white cursor that appears to be left over from twm or something.
