Github repo for sddm theme #218

Maybe this is wrong but shouldn't the sddm theme have a seperate repository from the shell? It seems like there should be a papyros-sddm package instead of it coming with the shell.

We can do multiple package from one package source, but it makes sense to keep the code in here as it depends on the Papyros.Desktop module, which is part of the shell.

So there's no point to making a papyros-sddm package in the repository because it and the session package would be co-dependent anyway?
