Set color of hamburger icon on main page to blue #43 (reg header) #44

makes bother headers the same in fixing #38 & #36. Matches @Vogeltak 's changes to header_light.html

This does not look any good. It gives a slightly darker blue on blue, which is not improving visual clarity. In my opinion this needs to stay white.

Thanks for the pull request. However, I agree with @Vogeltak that the nav icon needs to stay white to match the text on a blue background.
