Assertion failed error when running Win10 version #48

I have a similar issue, it worked fine for a few days and just started. Maybe something timing out, or hanging too long?

With the error, Windows shows PapyrusCS has Stopped working.

OS for me is Server 2016, Will Try Windows 10 next chance I get to see if it's an OS issue.

I didn't ask for it to set the version. I notice It's Version_Set.cc
