As a means to actually provide more detail to the framework, I'll be starting "issues" for each section.
This will serve to help me both "build" scratchpad going forward, as well as help me create a form of "showcase/how-to" series for scratchpad as a whole, that will be then built into this repo.
Since this is a Framework first, I intend to replace any normal use of Github for building an "app" to instead serve my needs, as they relate to building/testing/analysis/how-to.
Onto the actual "intention" here:
