What feature are you requesting?

The latest Supabase wrappers in our fork adds PG13 support. We should add that.

Why are you requesting this feature?

Support all PGDG.

No need to add PG12 support, since PG17 will get released in September and PG12 will get deprecated.

Edit: We're now on latest wrappers. We can add PG13 support
