feat(chainbound): updated `EchoExecutor` #62

This PR brings new functionality to the chainbound-artemis crate:

New features:

ability to send private transactions with fully typed SendPrivateTransactionArgs
switched client from HTTP to Websocket, handled with independent request and response channels
implemented Executor<Action> for convenience when using the EchoExecutor

Bugs fixed:

fiber-rs version removed from Cargo.toml to avoid future issues with client upgrades
removed a crate disambiguation with self::fiber:: in lib.rs
