Added shortcuts

• Added HoyKey pod for simplified addition of hotkeys.
• Updated GItignore to remove the Pods/ directory.
• Updated build to 'beta 2'
• Added CMD+R shortcut for resetting the answer for cash show and joyride
• Added CMD+1, CMD+2, and CMD+3 to open new game windows for HQ, Cash Show, and Joyride respectively.
• Rebased from commit https://github.com/paradoxally/Trivia-Swift/commit/d8b6dd27d2f1fa6bd98f146b350847534d17f583

You might want to put it in a branch just to check it out, play with it, add to it, etc before merging with master. I just don't have the ability to do a pull request to a new branch on your project.

Thanks for the contributions! I have merged this PR into development branch while I test these new features. If anything goes well, it will be merged into master soon.
