When advancing multiple days, standard report appears before actual events #4

The standard report should only be shown if no events happen for the duration of the wait period. The button also currently needs to clicked multiple times, possibly once for each day passed. Events should only need to be resolved one time per event.

This also effects plots, where if any event that isn't a standard report occurs, the AAR must be clicked multiple times
