Add "Supplier Country Code" to table #7

Can someone talk to Julia about this ? Also after she does, we need to make sure that the code didn't break because a number of things are based on the data's column index, so a new column could possibly introduce bugs.

Let me know once the new column is there and I can update the code.

No columns added yet.

May be getting more data soon- will likely include new columns like supplier country code.

The data for country code should be already available. Julia offered to add it to the view during rhok, but I asked her to hold off since it was almost demo time

Julia says the data is available and just a matter of combining two datasets. Will keep you posted.
