FATAL ERROR - OpenHoldem and SingleMalt.dll

My environment is the following:

Winxp sp2 running into the vmware
OpenHoldem V1.8.2
SingleMalt.dll V1.1 - (http://code.google.com/p/singlemalts-wh ... 
loads/list)
PostgreSql V8.3

What Im doing to start?
Create a OH Folder on C:\Program Files\...
Copy SingleMalt files into the OH Folder (.dll, .lib, .h, .cpp).
Run OH.exe, loadtable map, Load SingleMalt.dll, connect to the table and 
click AutoPlay.
Its plays fine for 5 or 6 hands, Raise,Call and fold normally...
But some minutes running I have a OH Fatal error...

May Im doing something wrong or any step is missing...
Already tried to find out any related issue. but i didn't find anything.

Does someone has seen this error before?

Any help or Sugestion will be appreciated...
