EC curve UI needs cleanup #646

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to generate new key

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

1. Type list showing all items - EC is cropped in portrait mode.
2. Key size bar scaled for EC keys - the selection is to the far right with 
very little granularity - should be adjusted to fit the min/max range of the 
selected key type

What version of the product are you using (you can see this by using Menu
-> About in the Host List)?
1.7.1-109-g716cdaa 2013.04.16
