What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Connect to any ssh server
2.The tty screen appears, but virtual keyboard does not appear
3.Keyboard icon which appears with ctrl/alt soft keys when I tap somewhere in
the terminal, but even if I tap that icon, Virtual kerboard does not appear.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Virtual keyboard appears and can input via virtual kerboard
What version of the product are you using (you can see this by using Menu
-> About in the Host List)?
v1.7.1 2010.10.08
What type of system are you trying to connect to?
Linux (Cent OS 6)
If you are able to connect, what is the output of "echo $TERM", "uname -a",
and any other relevant information on the host?
cannot type anything :(

I'm using URBANO L03(aka. KYY23), Japanese cell phone provided by au/kyocera.
Android version of this phone is 4.4.2.
I could connect to the same server and could type via virtual keyboard with my
old cell phone, URBANO Progresso, released by the same company and whose
Android version is 4.0.3
