Add message to CLI during resource creation #457

Adding a message like creating tag & Creating VM on the CLI, so users don't stare at a blank screen

Currently, whenever resources are being created, the user stares at a blank screen. Add a message like "creating resources" or "attaching resource" etc. to the various processes are they are occurring on the command line.
