Although, historically, we've maintained an open inquiry for reading material suggestions in other languages, creating an issue for each and every language isn't feasible. For general purpose application security material suggestions, please feel free to leave a comment here or open a pull request.

May want to add the following two fascicles of my book series: https://github.com/binarymist/HolisticInfoSec-For-WebDevelopers-Fascicle0 https://github.com/binarymist/HolisticInfoSec-For-WebDevelopers-Fascicle1 Available for purchase and read online for free. The payed for versions are much nicer to read and easier to navigate, but I'm going to be putting all of this content into a static website within the next few months. Let me know if you need any more info about these.

I think this procedure is ok; Opening a PR seems the best way to make suggestions related to new content.
