The php-7.4 is stable. Using the php-7.4 to replace the php7.4snapshot.
Define PHPUnit version to support different PHP versions. Using the PHPUnit\Framework\TestCase namespace.

We're no longer using Travis CI. Thanks for taking the time to try to fix the build.
