[Bug] Hide main menu #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open http://orest92-001-site1.myasp.net/
2. open menu "Contacts" 
3. resize screen browser
Actual Result: menu "Home" & "About" & "Contacts" - hided
Expected Result: menu should not disappear

Tested in IE & Chrome.
Menu also disappears when we are in "Home" & "About"
