Add Joi support #1

@ezhivitsa Great job! Let's create some release notes. Also, in the documentation, I think we should mention only Joi schema and somewhere at the bottom mention that previously we used jsonschema, but now believe that Joi is better, because of: 1,2,3.

The rest looks great, I love tests!
