ISPConfig database updates fail on slave servers #2

Slave servers are unable to update their master DB due to permissions issues. This means that slave sites having LE run on them for the first time will need their details entered into ISPConfig manually, which is lame.

This is a one time thing though, should not be necessary for future changes.

Solution involves implementing plugin api for ISPConfig.
