Error during install of BlocklyPropClient on Win 7 64-bit #21

I clicked the link to BlocklyPropClient, then downloaded the Windows 64-bit archive, extracted the archive, and ran the BlocklyPropClient.exe, then was presented with this error message:

This seems to have been resolved.
