Throttle change limiting #42

This is to prevent rapid increases in the throttle - the biggest "mistake" with beginners is when they start to lose control, and panic and for some reason, gun the throttle - not sure why, but it happens a lot...

I'm bumping this. Had a customer not understand that after arming, throttle must be kept down (as opposed to going to 50%) if you don't want to take off. This could lead to serious consequences if recommended safety precautions are not followed. Limiting the rate of throttle increase would help in this situation, though a more robust fix would probably be to not actually arm the ELEV-8 until the throttle stick is back in the bottom middle position.
