When the target BASIC Stamp is not found but a non-target BASIC Stamp is found, the Download dialog reports a hard red-colored error "No BASIC Stamps found." Instead, in this case, it should report a soft yellow colored error "Target BASIC Stamp not found; choose another instead?"
