nwjs-wrapped version #353

This version is nwjs-wrapped to run in Windows and macOS beyond Chrome v109 or v110 when Google has ended support for Chrome App execution on those platforms.

Closed this PR because the intention is not to merge into master at this point in time; perhaps later. Can not determine how to PR into a new parallaxinc branch of the same name: jwjs-wrapped (which doesn't yet exist).
